Car Wreck, Trial Jefferson County

Gorham and Associates represented Alexander Harris who was injured in a wreck caused by a State Farm insured driver. Mr. Harris sustained a broken nose and $4,000 in medial expenses. The demand at the courthouse was $32,500. State Farm offered only $16,000. The jury returned a verdict for $48,500.
