Will Martens - Associate
 Bio Will Martens grew up in Jackson,
Mississippi. He attended Belhaven
College in Jackson where he earned his
Bachelor of Accounting degree. Will
worked as an accountant for two years
and after passing the CPA exam, he
returned to law school at Cumberland
School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.
After graduating from Cumberland with
honors, Will practiced with the law firm
of Watkins Ludlam & Stennis in Jackson,
Mississippi. He then served as President
and in-house counsel of a family
business from 1996 until 2011. Will now
resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his
wife and three children.
Will is licensed to practice law in
Alabama and Mississippi. He is admitted
to practice before all district courts
in Alabama and Mississippi, as well as
the 5th and 11th Circuit Courts of
Appeal. As an experienced business man
and attorney, Will represents people in
a wide variety of litigation issues
including all personal injury cases,
business torts, wrongful death and
nursing home abuse. He also practices in
the area of wills and estates. When he
is away from the office, Will enjoys
spending time with his family, sports,
golf and hunting.
